Wow! Wow! And wow...First let me say I was a first time buyer, scard and not sure where or what to do..I mean who do you trust, man was my guard up..The first night I talked to Anthony I felt better..What I liked the most was he took step by step to break things down for me..Helping me to understand everything..If I have question he could not answer he would find out...One night we sat up till one in the morning just going over things..NEVER has he left me hanging, always responded ..text him Christmas day to look into a house I liked, man he was ready to go show it right than..What other realtor would do that? From my very first meeting with Anthony, I felt like I had a winner. He made me feel comfortable and I just felt I could trust he was working for me to get the best house for me and he did. He was in contact often letting me know what the next step was all the way to closing,and I could reach him or he returned my calls the same day. My brother was impressed with him (they were both in construction and love reggae music) I also had the honor to meet his wife, Saretta, got the same feelings in my brief meeting with her. Anthony helped my husband and I recently purchase our first house. When we first contacted him about buying a home, technically, we weren't ready. LOL. But he sat us down, presented some options to us and devised a game plan for our purchasing process which was relatively quick. LOL. I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR A HOME FOR MY FAMILY AND I OVER A YEAR, THE AGENT I WAS WORKING WITH COULDN'T SEEM TO GET ANYTHING DONE I LOOKED ONLINE AT ANOTHER HOUSE AND THIS YOUNG MAN PROFILE CAME UP AS A REAL ESTATE AGENT I REACHED OUT TO HIM TO SEE IF HE COULD SHOW ME THE HOUSE AND HE DID. WHEN MR. HAUCLY SHOWED THIS HOUSE IT WASN'T WHAT THE FAMILY AND I WAS LOOKING FOR HE TOLD ME DON'T GET DISCOURAGED WE WILL FIND JUST WHAT YOU ALL ARE LOOKING FOR, HE CONTINUED TO SHOW ME VARIES HOUSES BEING VERY PATIENT NEVER GETTING UPSET FINALLY HE SHOWED US THIS ONE PARTICULAR HOUSE JUST WHAT WE WHERE LOOKING FOR BUT HE NOTICED IT WAS THE AREA WE WERE LOOKING FOR THEN HE BROUGHT US TO THE AREA WE WERE LOOKING FOR PERFECT HOUSE BUT WE WASN'T SATISFIED WITH THE PRICE HE NEGOTIATED UNTIL HE GOT US EVERYTHING WE WANTED.
